Tina, the guy sounds like he's totally Loony Toons, but remember, the harder you push AGAINST something, the harder it pushes back. You say it will never be over. Well, it won't if you don't want it to be.

Just a bit of other perspective. I've worked in the law, too, and I know how these things can take over lives. I know you don't want to give more energy to this than to other things that are more important.

Now that this guy has shown his true colors to the court, I'm sure the judge will have a few things to say. Just keep the law on your side and let him sink his own ship.
